Our various M CARE Service Agreements offer product calibration and monitoring for maximum yield and productivity, as well as regular scheduled inspections, preventive spare parts replacement, consignment stocks on-site and more.

WHAT WE OFFER: When a MARELEC Technician is in your region, we come to check and calibrate your machine. We also tune your program and set the parameters for the optimal production results on your product. Typical activities: adjust cameras, adjust belt velocity, finetune compensations, installation of the latest software, setting all parameters to best fit your applications.
This is a one-time service, not covered by a service agreement.
YOUR BENEFIT: Your yield and productivity are maximized, thanks to the expertise of the MARELEC specialist. You receive a MARELEC CALIBRATION CERTIFICATE and a REPORT describing the corrections performed by the MARELEC technician as well as recommendations for future use and calibration of the machine.
This is a one-time service, not covered by a service agreement.
The flying expert service is virtually identical to “On the spot calibration”. The only difference is that the MARELEC expert travels to your factory at your explicit request.
WHAT WE OFFER: We come to check and calibrate your machine. We also tune your program and set the parameters for the optimal production result on your product. Typical activities: adjust cameras, adjust belt velocity, finetune compensations, installation of the latest software, setting all parameters to best fit your applications.

You receive a MARELEC CALIBRATION CERTIFICATE and a REPORT describing the corrections performed by the MARELEC technician as well as recommendations for future use and calibration of the machine.

WHAT WE OFFER: As part of a service agreement, we monitor your machine remotely (via network). Every quarter we deliver a report with data and recommendations.
YOUR BENEFIT: With a minimum of effort, you get key information giving statistics, status and the behavior of the machine. You can anticipate, and avert, problems before they occur.
Holders of a service agreement also get priority response from the MARELEC helpdesk.
“Remote Monitoring” is covered by a service agreement of one year or longer. For the duration of the service agreement MARELEC offers a discount when purchasing spare parts.
Note: For the Remote Monitoring service the machine must be connected to the network, permanently or during specific time frames.

These service packs are covered by a service agreement of 2 years or longer. For the duration of the service agreement MARELEC offers a discount when purchasing spare parts.
OPTIONS:
Calibration 1: MARELEC comes to your factory once per year
Calibration 2: MARELEC comes to your factory twice per year
Calibration 1+ / 2+ : MARELEC also tunes your program and sets the parameters for the optimal production results on your applications.
On top of “Calibration 2+” we offer more advanced tuning of your program by running simulations on a digital twin machine, using the real statistical data of the product, which you then feed into your machine. Through software simulation, we anticipate and maximize your yield.
WHAT WE OFFER: As part of a longer-term service agreement, we come to check and calibrate your machine twice per year. We also tune your program and set the parameters for the optimal production results on your product. Typical activities: adjust cameras, adjust belt velocity, finetune compensations, installation of the latest software, setting all parameters to best fit your applications.
The tuning of the software is based on software simulation, using your own statistical data.
YOUR BENEFIT: Your yield and productivity are maximized, thanks to the expertise of the MARELEC specialist as well as the simulation of your production on a "digital twin". You receive a MARELEC CALIBRATION CERTIFICATE and a REPORT describing the corrections performed by the MARELEC technician as well as recommendations for future use and calibration of the machine.
Holders of a service agreement also get priority response from the MARELEC helpdesk.
This service pack is covered by a service agreement of 2 years or longer. For the duration of the service agreement MARELEC offers a discount when purchasing spare parts.
WHAT WE OFFER: We plan the mandatory preventive maintenance interventions on your machine. We deliver the wear parts and come to your factory to execute these necessary maintenance activities.
YOUR BENEFIT: Thanks to the MARELEC expertise, your machine is kept in “as new” status. You have peace of mind and do not need to worry about ordering parts and planning preventive maintenance. MARELEC offers you full transparency of the activities performed and the parts that have been replaced.

“Preventive Maintenance” is covered by a service agreement of 3 years or longer. We recommend combining this service agreement with “Calibration 1” as a minimum. For the duration of the service agreement MARELEC offers a discount when purchasing spare parts.
The “Preventive Maintenance” Service Pack is offered on new machines, or on machines that have previously been revised by MARELEC.
WHAT WE OFFER: In the unlikely event of an unexpected failure in the high-quality MARELEC design, we will deliver and replace any parts that are required. Thanks to the MARELEC expertise, we can quickly and efficiently diagnose problems to get your machine up and running again. For the duration of the agreement, we keep a consignment stock at your premises.
YOUR BENEFIT: Spare parts are immediately available, and you can count on the expertise of the MARELEC experts to diagnose and repair your machine in a very short time frame. No more panic or rush when a machine fails. Your production shutdown is reduced to a minimum.
“Premium Agreement” is covered by a service agreement of 3 years or longer. We recommend combining this service agreement with “Preventive Maintenance” and “Calibration 1”.
The “Premium Agreement” Service Pack is offered on new machines, or on machines, that have previously been revised by MARELEC.
